Should I book an appointment?

Yes, it is always a good idea to book a reservation at your earliest convenience so we may accommodate your schedule. You can book an appointment by contacting Shirley at :

What if I am late for my appointment?

Log in late to Zoom will simply limit the time of your consultation, thus lessening time for Shirley to collect all necessary information and time to address your questions and concerns. Depending if there is a client booked immediately after, Shirley will try her best to accommodate and allow the full consult time especially if lateness is due to unforeseeable events. However, if there is an appointment booked after yours, your consult will end on time so the following client is not delayed.

What if I have special health concerns?

This will be covered in the questionnaire prior to your initial visit. Please inform Shirley if you are pregnant or have a serious illness during your consultation.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule or unforeseeable circumstances arise. We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice so that someone else may see Shirley.  A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
